Rules

Gameplay & economy

The complete rule set the server enforces. Values shown here are read live from the running server’s configuration.

The arena

  • Move your cell toward the pointer (or your finger). Bigger cells are slower.
  • Eat pellets to grow. Each pellet is worth 1 mass; you start at 10.
  • You eat another cell when you are at least 25% heavier and cover most of it. Touching edges is not enough.
  • SPACE splits every cell of 36+ mass in half and launches one half forward. Maximum 16 cells. Split cells can merge again after about 25 seconds, longer for big cells.
  • W ejects a blob: the cell loses 16 mass, the blob carries 13.
  • Viruses (violet, spiked) burst any cell of 125+ mass that swallows them. Smaller cells can hide beneath them. Feed a virus 7 blobs and it fires a new virus.
  • Cells above 100 mass slowly lose 0.2% mass per second.
  • You are eliminated when your last cell is eaten. Whoever eats that last cell is your killer.

Modes

  • Practice is free. It contains bots, always labelled “bot”. No funds are involved.
  • Multiplayer is for SOL. It contains only real players who all entered with the same amount. There are never bots in a paid arena.

Entry and at-risk value

  • Pick an entry amount: … SOL. Each amount has its own arenas.
  • When your entry is accepted it moves from your available balance to your at-risk value. Only then does your cell spawn.
  • Your account balance and your at-risk value are separate. Only the at-risk value can be won by other players. Mass has no monetary meaning.
  • You can have one open round at a time.

Kill rewards

  • When you eliminate a player, their entire at-risk value at that moment is added to yours. That includes everything they had taken from others.
  • Eating only some of a split player’s cells transfers no value.
  • An eliminated player’s value is assigned exactly once, to exactly one killer.

Cash-out

  1. Press CASH OUT. It cannot be cancelled.
  2. Your cells stop immediately. For 5 seconds you cannot move, split or eject.
  3. You stay fully vulnerable. Nearby players see a countdown ring around you.
  4. If you survive, your whole at-risk value moves to your available balance, and you leave the arena.
  5. If you are eliminated first, the cash-out fails and your at-risk value goes to your killer like any other kill.

Tie rule: the server resolves eating before it completes countdowns. If you are eaten in the very same server tick (40 ms) in which your countdown would finish, you are eliminated.

Fees

  • Kill fee: … of the transferred value.
  • Cash-out fee: … of the secured value.
  • Fees are rounded down to the lamport. There are no other deductions, on deposits, entries or withdrawals.

Disconnects and interruptions

  • If your connection drops, your cells stay in the arena, stationary and vulnerable. Reconnect and you get them back.
  • After 30 seconds without you, the server starts the normal cash-out on your behalf. Same countdown, same vulnerability.
  • A countdown that is already running keeps running on the server whether you are connected or not.
  • If the server itself stops or restarts, kills and cash-outs already decided are settled, and every player still alive gets their current at-risk value back in their available balance.
  • If the server cannot determine a valid result for a round, the value is frozen as “disputed” for manual review. It is never guessed and never deleted.

Withdrawals

  • Only your available balance can be withdrawn. You enter the Solana address to send to and confirm with your password.
  • Limits: …, plus a daily cap.
  • A requested amount is reserved as “pending” until the transfer is finalized. If the transfer fails, it returns to your available balance.
